About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to help scale, secure, and maintain the infrastructure behind our global SaaS ecosystem.
You’ll take ownership of multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP), ensure system reliability, and play a key role in improving performance, security, and automation across our operations.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in distributed environments, and takes pride in keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Manage, monitor, and optimize multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security across our production environments.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for internal IT operations and handle third-line technical support escalations.
- Design and implement automation tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Collaborate closely with SRE, IT, and Security teams to identify and mitigate risks, strengthen reliability, and support scalable growth.
- Contribute to infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and process standardization for global teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, ensuring proactive monitoring and rapid recovery.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in System Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, or SaaS Operations.
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure architecture.
- Proven expertise with AWS and/or GCP, including services like EC2, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, and Load Balancing.
- Strong command over monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Experience with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Familiarity with security best practices, backups, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- A process-driven mindset, proactive approach, and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience supporting European time zones or customers.
