About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Product Engineer to lead the development and integration of AI-driven solutions, driving automation and efficiency across multiple business functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building scalable tools and workflows, optimizing internal processes, and fostering continuous productivity improvements. Your expertise will directly contribute to accelerating our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, enhancing operational scalability, and shaping the future of AI adoption within our company. Qualifications

• 1 to 7 years of professional experience in AI development, engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with deployment of AI models and systems in production environments.
• Expertise in AI Agents, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of conversational AI frameworks, such as Langchain, and related tools.
• Experience working with open-source LLM architectures like LLaMA or similar models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• AI Powered Automation & Operational Scaling
• Lead the development and integration of cost-effective AI systems, leveraging LLMs and AI agents to optimize business operations, automate workflows, and improve customer support processes.
• Implement AI-based self-serve tools to reduce operational dependencies and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven automation into products, customer support, and internal operations.
• Identify and implement AI tools to enhance team productivity, GTM strategies, and overall business scalability.
• AI Systems Architecture & Development
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI systems and lead experimentations to optimize performance.
• Drive the development and integration of AI agents for various business automation needs, including customer support, operations, and GTM workflows.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions, iterating from proof-of-concept (POC) to full-scale deployment, with a focus on minimizing costs and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Technical Leadership & Strategy
• Assist in developing AI roadmaps and strategies to foster innovation and ensure long-term efficiency improvements.
• Align AI solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and scalability requirements.
• Establish best practices for AI governance and promote continuous learning within the team.
