Noble Asia Group is a fast-growing relocation, property, and design group serving expatriates, global companies, and luxury property owners across Indonesia.
We are now scaling our digital ecosystem and looking for a talented Website Developer & Web Designer to rebuild, modernize, and uplift our brand websites, including:
- Noble Asia (Relocation & Property Services)
- Noble Properties Asia (Real Estate Sales & Leasing)
- Noble Design Asia (Interior Design & Fit-Out)
- Pulau Bali Villas (Villa Management)
- Additional new project sites in 2025
🎯 What You Will Do
- Rebuild, facelift & maintain company websites with modern UI/UX
- Create new websites (starting with NobleDesignAsia.com)
- Migrate & restructure Noble Properties Asia and Noble Asia websites
- Design clean, luxury-brand web layouts aligned with our branding
- Build landing pages for marketing campaigns & property listings
- Implement tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, CRM forms)
- SEO & speed optimization using Core Web Vitals
- Ensure fast, responsive, mobile-first performance
- Perform regular website QA, backup & security updates
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams
✅ Requirements
- Min. 2–4 years experience in website design & development
- Strong in WordPress & Elementor (Webflow a plus)
- Strong UI/UX design skills (Figma/Adobe XD)
- HTML, CSS, JS basics (bonus if intermediate)
- Understanding of SEO technical foundation
- Familiar with hosting management (cPanel/Cloudflare)
- Experience improving site speed & performance
- Good sense of branding & clean modern aesthetic
💡 Bonus Skills (Not mandatory but big plus)
- Experience in luxury brands / architecture / real estate websites
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Motion UI / micro-animation
- IDX/property listing system experience
- Familiar with GA4, Search Console, SEM tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush)
