What You Will Do:

As an AI Intern on ADT’s Talent Acquisition Technology team, you’ll explore how artificial intelligence powers modern recruiting. You’ll dig into our AI-driven platforms to uncover what’s working, where we can improve, and how to make our systems even smarter and more efficient.

This internship is ideal for students who are curious about the intersection of people, data, and technology and want to see how AI can drive real operational impact.

• Analyze data from AI-enabled recruiting tools to uncover performance insights
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities in how tools are being used
• Assist in evaluating AI tool effectiveness across hiring workflows
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Operations teams to recommend enhancements
• Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations
  
  

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026-August 2027
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data sets
• Interest in AI, HR technology, or talent acquisition systems
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity

• Coursework or project experience related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Experience working on optimization or process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to AI tools or platforms in a business or academic setting
• Exposure to workflow automation or process improvement tools
• Understanding of HR or Talent Acquisition systems and processes

Compensation & Internship Details  

• Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program. 
• Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules. 
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship. 
• Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026. 
• Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
