In our Customer Support Analytics team, we are focused on empowering our Customer Support department to make data-informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and optimize business operations. Whether it's designing dashboards to give Managers visibility into their team performance or offering recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, our work is diverse and impactful. What You Will Do

  • In this role, you will own the end-to-end vendor billing reconciliation. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of vendor bills in terms of productive hours, as well as productivity and quality.
  • You will closely work with our Workforce Management Team and partners on the vendor side to collect the data and ensure accuracy.
  • By maintaining, developing, and improving internal reporting tools and data sources, you will ensure our reporting is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You will act as a process expert, reduce inefficiencies, and seek opportunities for optimization.
  • With your sharp eye, you will identify new opportunities for our teams and your stakeholders.

What You Will Need

  • Your previous experience as a Business Analyst or Workforce Manager with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Your skills and expertise with SQL - you are able to manage and write your own queries and can demonstrate a strong understanding of how they work.
  • You are fluent in English, have clear and effective communication skills, and have experience working with a range of stakeholders, especially in the Customer Services area.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick changes and where your work can have a visible business impact.
  • Your curiosity and desire to experiment and try different ways of solving problems.
