Cloud Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud-based applications, including SharePoint and Teams Voice platforms
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve efficiency and streamline operational tasks
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools to ensure reliability and uptime
• Provide tier 2/3 support for complex cloud incidents, troubleshooting issues across Azure services, infrastructure, and integrations
• Administer and support Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations to maintain secure user access and identity management
• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and Microsoft 365 best practices while maintaining accurate documentation and change records
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to optimize cloud resource performance, cost efficiency, and architectural scalability
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise, specifically Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment
• Strong documentation and change management control experience

Salary range is $110K to 130K per year.
