Senior Full Stack Lead Developer (React Stack) - Digital Finance

Position: Lead Developer — Web & Mobile Applications (React Stack)

Role Overview

Join INOI to lead development of next-generation web and mobile applications connecting people to digital and financial inclusion.

You will define architecture, mentor the team, and ensure reliable, scalable, and secure fintech solutions across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture for React and React Native applications.
• Lead end-to-end delivery: development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Drive performance, security, and usability improvements.
• Integrate APIs, payment systems, and compliance modules (KYC, AML, PCI DSS).
• Conduct code reviews, guide best practices, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to deliver seamless user experience.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep React expertise.
• Solid knowledge of SPA/PWA architecture and state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand).
• Hands-on React Native / Expo experience for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• FinTech background with payments or digital finance solutions.
• Strong Git and testing practices (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Bonus: Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, Docker, or mobile app publishing experience.

Leadership Skills

• Ability to design scalable systems and make key technical decisions.
• Experience leading 2–8 developers with accountability for delivery.
• Clear communication, mentoring, and Agile mindset.
