What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement technical solutions to enhance and support Hometime’s platform.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define specifications, and understand use cases for assigned projects.
• Lead and manage projects and initiatives with varying timelines and priorities, ensuring successful delivery.
• Operate effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment, consistently exceeding delivery expectations and service standards.
• Maintain and improve the platform, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Conduct peer code reviews and actively contribute to refining and improving development processes.
• Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration within the development team and across the organization

What we're looking for:

• Over 3 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails.
• In-depth understanding of Service Objects.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with remote work or collaborating with distributed teams is advantageous.
• Extensive experience working with AWS infrastructure
• Familiarity with developing CRM systems is a plus.
