Senior DevOps Engineer – Web3 Developer Tools (Bitcoin Ecosystem)
Fully Remote – US-Based Firm
Package: up to $210K DOE + Equity + Tokens + Premium Benefits

My client is building a world-class engineering team responsible for scaling, securing, and optimizing the infrastructure powering a global decentralized network which is enabling hundreds of thousands (soon millions) of developers to build on Bitcoin and Web3.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, API reliability, and DevOps excellence in a fast-evolving Web3 environment.
Must Have:
- 8+ years in DevOps/SRE roles managing distributed systems
- Deep Kubernetes expertise (StatefulSets, Operators, Service Meshes)
- Strong background in API infrastructure (Kong, Nginx, load balancing, caching)
- Solid IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi) + CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Skilled in observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OTEL)
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Scripting: Bash, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Blockchain or node infrastructure experience
