The U.S. subsidiary will focus on strategic partnerships, institutional client engagement, and advanced support for high-net-worth and professional traders participating in short-term cryptocurrency options and derivatives markets.

Job Overview

The Chief Executive Advisor (CEA) will serve as a senior strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing expert counsel, strategic insight, and operational guidance to support FameEX’s continued global growth.

This role will focus on shaping long-term business strategy, guiding executive decision-making, and supporting the successful establishment of FameEX’s presence in the Americas. The CEA will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional leadership, ensuring organizational resilience, and fostering innovation across business, regulatory, and operational fronts.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced executive with deep knowledge of financial services, digital asset markets, and organizational transformation — capable of balancing strategic foresight with practical execution guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Executive Counsel

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on global strategy, market expansion, and business performance.

Provide independent insight and recommendations on organizational priorities, risk management, and corporate governance.

Facilitate strategic alignment between FameEX’s global headquarters and its U.S. subsidiary.

Guide the CEO and leadership team in evaluating new business models, regional opportunities, and partnership strategies.

Americas Expansion & Market Positioning

Support the design and execution of FameEX’s market entry and operational strategy in the Americas.

Advise on local business structures, compliance standards, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure regulatory readiness.

Cultivate high-level relationships with institutional partners, industry leaders, and policymakers.

Represent FameEX in strategic forums, industry summits, and executive discussions to enhance the company’s market credibility.

Organizational Excellence & Governance

Evaluate and advise on internal leadership effectiveness, decision-making processes, and management frameworks.

Partner with department heads to establish governance models that promote accountability, transparency, and agility.

Provide mentorship and executive coaching to senior leaders to strengthen organizational depth and culture.

Promote integration between business strategy, operations, and customer experience initiatives.

Innovation & Transformation Guidance

Support the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Advise on innovation strategy, investment priorities, and technology partnerships that reinforce FameEX’s competitive position.

Identify global trends in digital finance, blockchain infrastructure, and regulation that could impact future strategy.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Foster collaboration across finance, operations, marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure unified strategic execution.

Act as a bridge between strategic vision and operational implementation, ensuring consistent communication across leadership levels.

Support executive reporting and communication to stakeholders, investors, and global partners.

Qualifications

Over 20 years of senior leadership experience, including executive advisory, strategy, or CEO-level roles in financial services, fintech, or blockchain sectors.

Proven record of guiding multinational organizations through transformation, expansion, or restructuring.

Strong understanding of crypto trading, risk frameworks, and global financial markets.

Deep expertise in corporate governance, organizational development, and stakeholder relations.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
