Job Overview

The Director of Artificial Intelligence (Americas) will serve as a senior member of DigiFinex’s executive leadership team, responsible for leading AI strategy, machine learning initiatives, and innovation programs across the Americas.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will oversee AI research and development, predictive analytics, and the implementation of intelligent solutions to drive business performance, optimize operations, and enhance product offerings.

The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and machine learning leader with deep knowledge of blockchain, fintech, or digital asset ecosystems. They will have a proven ability to design, implement, and scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes in competitive and regulated markets.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute DigiFinex’s AI and machine learning strategy for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on AI-driven innovation, market trends, and operational efficiency.

Define KPIs, success metrics, and frameworks to evaluate AI initiatives, solution performance, and business impact.

Ensure consistent execution of global AI standards, processes, and governance frameworks.

AI & Innovation Development

Lead initiatives to design, implement, and scale AI and machine learning models to support trading, risk management, analytics, and operational automation.

Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions across enterprise platforms.

Represent DigiFinex at industry forums, conferences, and technical events to showcase AI capabilities and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure AI initiatives align with regional and global objectives.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI and data science teams, fostering innovation, analytical rigor, and results-driven execution.

Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across AI and analytics functions.

Ensure alignment between regional AI initiatives and headquarters’ technology and innovation strategy.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Monitor AI solution performance, adoption metrics, and operational impact to evaluate effectiveness.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize AI models, predictive analytics, and decision-making processes.

Support executive reporting to the CEO and board on AI performance, emerging opportunities, and risks.

Qualifications

Over 20 years of senior leadership experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science within cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset sectors.

Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and enterprise AI applications.

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, or related discipline required; advanced degree or PhD preferred.
