C#.NET Developer

Summary

We are seeking a C#.NET Developer with more than 5 years of experience to join a collaborative, fast-paced development team (reporting to the development manager). This is a direct-hire opportunity with significant potential for growth and impact. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that values practical, business-focused solutions over perfectionism. The role will begin fully onsite (for the first 6 months) to integrate closely with the team and business stakeholders. Remote flexibility may be available after that period based on performance.

Responsibilities

• 30% – Maintain and enhance existing legacy applications (bug resolution and support).
• 70% – Develop new applications and features using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with business users, including operations and warehouse teams, to deliver functional, impactful solutions.
• Participate in daily standups and Agile-style workflow (user stories, Asana for requirements tracking).
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET (C#) back-end development experience.
• Solid understanding of API development and integration.
• SQL Server expertise.
• Working knowledge of Angular.
• Ability to work in mid-sized, fast-moving environments (not a large enterprise).
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset—comfortable iterating quickly and moving across projects.
