We are currently developing a next-generation digital platform for a leading multi-specialty hospital in Myanmar—focused on enhancing patient experience, accessibility, and operational efficiency.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled **UI/UX Web Developer** with a proven track record of designing and developing **user-centric, responsive, and interactive websites** for healthcare or enterprise domains. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design and development of a **hospital website** that integrates an **AI-powered chatbot**, **online appointment booking**, and a **personalized health tracker** for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Design & Architecture
- Conceptualize, wireframe, and design a visually engaging and intuitive hospital website UI/UX.
- Ensure the website supports **multilingual features** (English and Burmese) and adheres to healthcare UX best practices.
- Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

- Front-End & Functional Development
- Develop and deploy front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Integrate backend APIs and databases to support dynamic content and patient data.
- Collaborate with backend teams for seamless data flow and integration with hospital management systems (HMS).

- AI Chatbot & Smart Features
- Integrate an **AI-driven chatbot** capable of handling FAQs, guiding users through services, and assisting with appointment bookings.
- Develop or integrate a **secure online appointment system** with real-time scheduling and doctor availability.
- Implement a **health tracker module** to allow patients to log vitals, access reports, and receive wellness notifications.

- User Experience Optimization
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and collect feedback to refine user flows.
- Ensure compliance with **data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR-equivalent)** and **accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)**.
- Optimize for speed, security, and SEO.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience in UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or PHP for backend integration.
- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or OpenAI integrations).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB).

- Domain Knowledge
- Prior experience building healthcare, hospital, or patient portal websites.
- Understanding of healthcare data workflows, appointment systems, and patient engagement tools.

- Soft Skills
- Strong design thinking and user empathy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum **8 years of professional experience** in UI/UX and web development.
- Portfolio demonstrating **live healthcare or enterprise web applications**.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in **Southeast Asian markets**, particularly healthcare or public sector digital platforms.
- Knowledge of **AI/ML tools for user interaction** and data-driven UX enhancement.
- Exposure to **cloud hosting** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and **DevOps CI/CD pipelines**.
