We partner with dental clinics across the USA, providing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and full-arch marketing, to drive patient acquisition and practice growth. We're seeking an SEO Manager to join our team and help scale our success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive growth, visibility, and conversions across multiple brands and client portfolios.
- Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits; identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Lead keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies to achieve measurable improvements in organic rankings.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends; continuously innovate and refine SEO tactics.
- Support the launch and scaling of our new AI product through targeted SEO campaigns and competitive analysis.
- Communicate progress and insights clearly to management and clients in fluent, professional English.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within a marketing agency environment.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, link-building, and analytics.
- Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects efficiently.
- A proactive, responsible attitude with a passion for delivering results and driving growth.
- Bonus: Experience with dental, healthcare, or SaaS products is a plus.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Optimize content for LLM-based discovery and AI search, ensuring visibility across emerging platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative search engines.
