We are seeking an experienced and proactive Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support digital transformation initiatives in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and a hands-on approach to managing technology operations and teams.

Oversee daily IT operations, including systems administration, network management, and technical support.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity policies.
Lead system upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation projects.
Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and disaster recovery preparedness.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Establish IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
🔹 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT management, including remote team leadership.
Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and network security.
Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, databases, and IT infrastructure management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and implement scalable solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CompTIA are a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
