Java Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based on the U.S. East Coast Only)

Visa: USC, GC, H4EAD only
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
Work with Lotus Notes / HCL Notes for email, messaging, and calendaring integrations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones.
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining project deadlines.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
Practical experience working with Lotus Notes / HCL Notes (client-server collaboration platform).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
