Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our U.S. product portfolio. You will define the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of impactful digital health solutions that enhance patient engagement and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the U.S. product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead a team of product managers to deliver high-quality, blockchain-enabled health solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and healthcare regulations to guide product decisions.
• Act as a thought leader in digital health, advocating for patient-centered, secure, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, ideally in digital health, SaaS, or blockchain technology.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
