Product Manager – Awareness ; Growth & Community

We’re a product-led company entering our next phase of global expansion — accelerating in our core markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, India) while scaling across international markets like the UK, US and India.
We are looking for a Product Manager (Growth) with a strong product marketing mindset to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across Eat App’s restaurant and diner ecosystems.
This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth — ideal for someone who understands how to use product features, data, and communication to fuel viral growth loops, product usage which leads into revenue expansion.
You’ll own the Product Growth Roadmap and the Community & Growth Strategy, turning Eat App’s platform strengths into measurable business outcomes.
- Nurture the Product Growth Roadmap focused on accelerating restaurant adoption and community.
- Work with the partnerships team to Identify and prioritize high-impact growth levers — e.g., partnerships, integrations, referral programs, and user experience improvements.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver product initiatives that drive measurable growth outcomes.
- Establish success metrics (e.g., active restaurants, reservations per restaurant, diner retention, conversion rates).
- Leverage data and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to refine features and improve retention loops.
- Build a content and growth hacking strategy aligned with product releases and go-to-market goals.
- Create campaigns that connect product value to customer pain points — blogs, case studies, videos, community posts, and influencer tie-ins.
- Design and execute low-cost, scalable growth hacks to expand Eat App’s awareness (e.g., community-building, partner webinars, SEO campaigns).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate growth insights into measurable lead generation and activation outcomes.
- Build and nurture an Eat App community of restaurant marketers, managers, and hostesses.
- Launch and manage digital engagement channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups, webinars, product update series).
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-innovation with POS, Payment, PMS, Booking channels and loyalty platform partners.
Example initiatives may include (just some examples to give you an idea):
- Launching and automating the growth of a restaurant customer community to drive network-led growth.
- Improving premium suites communication and upsell (analytics, CRM, automations, marketing, messaging and more) to increase ARPU (https://restaurant.eatapp.co/blog/51-tasks-eat-app-automatically-does-for-you )
- Improving diner experience feature sets (1-click booking, loyalty rewards, guest profiles).
- Creating SEO-optimized landing pages and thought-leadership content around restaurant growth.
- Building data dashboards to monitor growth KPIs and inform strategic bets.
- Growth in active restaurants and reservations per restaurant.
- B2C App Usage and adoption
- Increase in restaurant level diner retention and repeat booking rates (automating QBRs for restaurants).
- Product feature adoption (Catalyze the success of both acquisition and retention; if you win, everyone else wins)
- Engagement across Eat App’s digital community and channels.
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in setting and interpreting growth KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across product, marketing, and design.
- Experience launching user acquisition and retention campaigns (SEO, product marketing content, or community growth).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives.
- Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or reservation technology space is a plus.
