Role Overview:

The Senior Enterprise Security & Solutions Architect is a dual role combining hands-on enterprise security architecture with solutioning and pre-sales leadership within Microland’s Cyber Security Services practice. The role provides strategic direction across Microsoft XDR, Sentinel, automation, and advanced threat-management technologies—bridging technical depth with business solution design for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide security and solutions architecture using the Microsoft XDR stack (Sentinel, Defender Suite, Purview, Entra).
• Drive cybersecurity delivery and solution execution for UK-based clients, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and innovation.
• Architect and implement automation, orchestration, and SOAR workflows to improve detection and response maturity.
• Own solution design and pre-sales activities, including bid defense, proposals, and executive-level client presentations.
• Guide threat-intelligence, red-teaming, and proactive defense programs to enhance client resilience.
• Partner with global SOC, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure consistent standards and operational excellence.
• Contribute to Microland’s reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and innovation initiatives across cybersecurity.

Ideal Profile:

• 15–20 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, consulting, or enterprise solutioning.
• Prior experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or Principal Security Architect preferred.
• Proven expertise across Microsoft security platforms, automation frameworks, and threat-management ecosystems.
• Exposure to red teaming, threat intelligence, or adversary simulation desirable.
• Based in or open to relocation to London or Scotland.
