About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will design, automate, and manage scalable infrastructure across both cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security at every layer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
• Deploy, scale, and monitor applications using Kubernetes (on-prem & cloud-based).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure deployment and scaling.
• Manage networking, load balancing, and container orchestration.
• Ensure system reliability, high availability, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams for smooth release management.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation issues across environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Ansible (automation/config management)
• Terraform (IaC)
• Kubernetes (K8s) – setup, scaling, cluster management
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Docker, Helm, and containerized workloads.
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in distributed teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem deployments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Security, RBAC, and IAM.
• Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
