  • Do you have 4+ years of experience working with software-defined networking technologies, ideally in the semiconductor industry?
  • Have a solid understanding of networking protocols and standards including Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP etc.?
  • Do you want to join a scale-up in the wonderful city of Amsterdam?

We're working with a genuinely exciting, security focused semiconductor company and they need a number Software Defined Networking (SDN) Engineers to join the team in Amsterdam on a permanent basis.


In this role you will be focused on developing custom SDN controllers and applications to meet the specific needs of semiconductor products and the design, implementation and optimisation of software-defined networking solutions for semiconductor applications.

What we look for in return is:

  • BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years experience working with software-defined networking technologies, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and standards relevant to semiconductors (Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SDN concepts and technologies, such as OpenFlow, P4, and SDN controllers
  • with semiconductor architectures, chipsets, and system-on-chip (SoC) design.
  • Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or others used in SDN development.
  • Knowledge with Rust is advantageous.
  • CCNP certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
