About The Role

We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic and expanding technology team. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making through data insights. As a Data Analyst at Data Idols, you will be responsible for managing the complete data lifecycle, from designing data pipelines and models to creating compelling visualizations. Your work will directly impact how the company understands user behavior, assesses business performance, and identifies new growth opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support our mission of delivering top-tier cybersecurity education.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or analytics engineering. You should have advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and best practices in analytics is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with data frameworks like dbt, event-based analytics, and an understanding of machine learning techniques are considered advantageous. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or scaling tech companies will be highly valued.
