Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Designer. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, creating graphic designs, and managing branding projects. The role also includes web design tasks that align with client specifications and company standards. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with team members, conducting design research, and ensuring the highest quality of visual aesthetics.

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)

Salary: Starting from 20,000 EGP/month, with performance-based bonuses

• Coordinate interior design projects and present them professionally and visually to clients.
• Prepare presentations for each completed project, including final photos and key execution stages.
• Create a project archive folder containing all visuals and details to be used for future client presentations and company profile updates.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all projects, reflecting the company’s professional image and design standards.

• Develop initial mood boards in coordination with the design team to set directions for colors, finishes, and overall style.
• Design and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.
• Create company profiles, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and posters that reflect Modern Designer’s brand style and quality.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) to generate innovative visual ideas and accelerate the creative workflow.

• Manage social media content across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
• Design and edit posts, reels, and promotional videos showcasing company projects and activities.
• Write engaging captions and ensure all published content aligns with the company’s tone and brand.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design commercial proposals and presentations for clients.

• Oversee the company website, ensuring the design, layout, and content are consistently updated.
• Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to monthly content planning and align it with the company’s marketing strategy.

• Create ready-to-use templates for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual communication style for internal and external use.
• Propose new creative ideas to enhance the company’s public image and online presence.
• Improve the client experience through professional and visually appealing content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong background in branding, graphic design, video editing, and creative content development.
• Experience working with AI tools and modern digital design workflows.
