About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our expanding Data team at Tenth Revolution Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where your expertise will directly influence the organization’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, data analysts, and business units, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable data pipelines and reporting solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in data engineering within regulated environments. Essential qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft data technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS. A solid understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques is crucial. Experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines, particularly using SSIS, is required. Familiarity with Power BI for reporting purposes is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in data management or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

• Designing and implementing data solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies to meet business requirements.
• Building and maintaining efficient ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across complex environments.
• Collaborating with enterprise architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable and reliable data models.
• Participating in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews, to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for data processes, pipelines, and architecture to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
