Resilience Engineer

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a Resilience Engineer (ITSM)- Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Full-time, 100% remote.

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate applications and services against resilience architecture patterns.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Administer business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) tools.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and resilience metric tracking.
• Develop training materials and lead training sessions for technical teams.

Knowledge & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis and cloud engineering.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (Snow BCM), information security, and high-availability environments.
• Background/Education in IT, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Emergency Management.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• Ability to connect technology strategy with business objectives.
• Proactivity, strategic thinking, and results-orientation.
