• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research.
• Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and product outcomes.

Junior Product Owner:

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Product Owner / Manager:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products or features.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

For Both Levels:

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work.
