Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience translating business needs into actionable insights within a remote environment.

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business goals.
• Create business and technical documentation, including process maps, use cases, and reports.
• Support project planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards or reports for management insight.
• Evaluate new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance business efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT or operational initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
• Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
