What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct root cause and other data analysis to enhance service quality
• Perform QA evaluations according to client requirements and provide progress reports
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for process questions and resolutions
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluations
• Participate in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work from home for 6 months and relocate to Johor Bahru thereafter
• Ability to work on a rotational shift (3 shifts / 5 working days)
