Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and validate coding benchmarks in Swift or React Native that reflect real-world mobile development challenges.
• Curate tasks, solutions, and test suites sourced from production-grade iOS repositories.
• Implement and verify unit and integration tests to ensure solution accuracy and performance.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility.
• Provide structured technical feedback on coding standards and iOS best practices.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as an iOS Mobile Engineer at a leading tech company or as an independent mobile developer.
• Deep proficiency in Swift and familiarity with React Native.
• Proven track record of debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate

• Commitment: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)

Compensation & Contract

• Hourly Rate: $90/hour + bonuses per approved task (average total ~$200/hour).
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor
• Payments: Processed daily via Stripe Connect
