Role: Social Media Marketing Executive (Entry-Level / Fresher) | Location: India (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish platform-optimized content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Support campaign setup and execution for organic and paid social efforts using Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar; coordinate assets with designers and copywriters to meet deadlines.
• Monitor community conversations and respond to comments/messages to foster positive engagement and escalate issues when needed.
• Track campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; produce concise performance reports with recommendations.
• Stay current with social trends, format best practices (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and industry benchmarks to suggest creative improvements.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience creating social content using Canva or similar design tools
• Hands-on familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience using Meta Business Suite or native platform publishing tools
• Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and audience behaviors
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics for social traffic and campaign tracking
• Ability to manage content calendars and meet regular publishing schedules
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro for richer asset production
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Previous internship or project work in a digital marketing or agency environment
