We’re looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about technology and agile environments. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and manage product releases, ensuring continuous delivery of value to our users. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager, who owns the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your mission will be to translate that vision into actionable deliverables, prioritize the backlog, align the team, and ensure the quality and consistency of product releases.

✨ What You'll Do At Agile TV

• Lead the development team in executing the roadmap defined in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Manage the product backlog: prioritize, refine, and ensure clarity of user stories.
• Coordinate releases, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact between product, design, tech, and other stakeholders.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
• Ensure technical solutions meet both functional and business requirements.
• Collaborate in the definition of APIs, integration flows, testing, and other technical aspects related to product delivery.
• Measure the impact of releases and drive continuous improvement in processes and product performance.
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Strong ability to lead technical teams and coordinate complex deliveries.
• Solid technical background: defining APIs, understanding software architecture, participating in functional or integration testing, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• C1 english spoken level and native spanish.
• Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
