Junior Technical Support Engineer – Remote (Canada-based)

And we’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our Expert Team!
If you’re early in your MedTech career and love solving technical challenges while supporting customers, this is a great opportunity to grow into a trusted technical expert.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a technical support engineer for our MedTech cloud and software platform: respond to and troubleshoot customer issues, coordinate with our Expert Team, and escalate where needed.
- Translate customer technical requirements (especially around data management APIs) into functional solutions, working with internal teams to align on best practices.
- Assist customers in understanding how our REST-based API and data schema/structures map to their workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams: feed back customer pain-points, follow up on bugs, help prioritise improvements and contribute to a customer-centric product roadmap.
- Contribute to building and documenting internal knowledge base articles, assist in onboarding new customers, and support continuous improvement of technical support processes.
What we’re looking for:
Soft skills & background:
- 1–3 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally in a technical role (IT, product development, or engineering).
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable mapping customer needs into technical functionality.
Technical skills:
- Understanding of REST API concepts and general database structures/schemas.
- Confident troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred: cybersecurity experience, basic Python scripting, or a Computer Science background.
