Are you a tech leader who can bridge business needs with innovative IT solutions? We're seeking a proactive and experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our IT strategy, systems, and security — all while working remotely from Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the IT team, operations, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee system administration, network performance, and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT with business goals
• Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and budgets
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and business continuity
What You Bring
• 5+ years of IT management experience
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and security protocols
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, help desk, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; additional Swiss national languages are a plus
• Reside in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
