• Support cross-functional initiatives with quantitative analysis

• Monitor trends, forecasts, and market dynamics

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or data analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus

• Must reside in Switzerland and be authorized to work remotely
