What You’ll Be D

oing:
Design and build new test equipment to expand testing capabilities, including creation of related document

ation.
Develop test software (e.g., LabView) to support emerging test needs and improve auto

mation.
Set up test systems and development hardware safely and effi

ciently.
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test equipment to ensure high-quality data and repeatable

results.
Partner with engineering teams across ESS to ensure testing strategies align with evolving development

programs.
Support prototype system builds, ensuring parts are assembled accurately and o

n schedule.
Identify and resolve issues related to batteries, fuel cells, and associa

ted systems.
Deliver projects on time and contribute to the overall growth and capability

of the team.
What We’r

e Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree

in Engineering.
3+ years of experience in testing or validation en

gineering roles.
Hands-on knowledge of data acquisition systems and test

instrumentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical data and p

roject objectives.
