Headquartered in Plymouth, MI, Infotree serves Fortune 500 clients across 80+ countries, maintaining a strong footprint in Latin America and expanding rapidly across Europe.

Our mission is to help organizations navigate complex employment laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance to ensure seamless workforce management. As part of our European expansion, we are seeking a German-speaking HR professional to support the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) within our remote team.

Job Summary

As a Lifecycle & People Operations Specialist, you will oversee the full employee journey for temporary workers in various European countries — with a primary focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for a fluent German speaker with HR or operations experience, eager to strengthen their knowledge of European labor laws. You’ll be based anywhere within the EU/EEA, ensuring compliance and operational excellence — while Infotree fully sponsors your training and certifications required for DACH compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end EOR lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.

• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to labor laws and EU directives.

• Stay informed on posted worker notifications, AÜG (employee leasing) regulations, and other DACH-specific compliance rules.

• Develop efficient HR processes for payroll, reporting, and compliance tracking.

• Support recruitment operations — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract preparation.

• Provide data-driven insights on performance, costs, and compliance metrics.

• Participate in sponsored training and qualification programs for DACH markets.

• Maintain all employee documentation with full GDPR compliance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve EOR-related issues (visas, permits, audits, etc.).

• Monitor evolving EU and DACH labor legislation, ensuring internal policy alignment.

Requirements

• Fluent German (native or C1 level) and strong English proficiency.

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, or operations, ideally within global or staffing environments.

• Strong understanding of European employment laws; cross-border experience preferred.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to apply legal frameworks to real business contexts.

• Education: Degree in Business, HR, Law, or equivalent vocational training + relevant experience.

• Must be based in the EU/EEA with valid work rights.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in HRIS tools, Excel/Sheets, and documentation management.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow within a multicultural HR environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in EOR, HR operations, or staffing agencies.

• Interest in DACH labor law compliance.

• Experience working with international or remote teams.

• HR or compliance certifications are a plus.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of €2,800/month + performance-based bonus.

• Sponsored professional training and certification programs.

• Fully remote work from any of the following countries:

Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, or Hungary.

• Flexible working hours across EU time zones.

• Annual paid business trips for training, audits, or team meetups.

• Inclusive, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture.

• Long-term career progression within the global EOR and staffing industry.
