Data Science Vice President

VP OF DATA SCIENCE- BASED IN DUBAI- RELOCATION OPEN:

We’ve partnered with one of the fastest growing AI FinTech Stealth mode startups in the MENA region, who are looking for a VP of Data Science.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and lead a growing data function responsible for driving product intelligence, experimentation, and predictive insights across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow the data team.
• Drive data strategy, analytics, and ML initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to boost growth and retention.
• Develop a modern data stack (e.g. dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Looker) for scalable, reliable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in Data Science or Analytics, with leadership experience.
• FinTech, Payments, or high-growth tech background (e.g. Revolut, Monzo, Fresha, Wise, Stripe).
• Strong Python, SQL, and cloud (GCP/AWS) skills- we need someone still hands-on.
• Startup and scaling experience.
• Arabic speakers are at an advantage.

Additional Information:

• 45K-60K AED a month + equity.
• Relocation and VISA support available.
• 3 stage interview process, urgent hire.
