Job Description
Full-Stack Graphic Designer (No-Code / WordPress)
Location: Remote - Could be anywhere in the world*
Department: Creative
Reports To: Creative Director
Overview
We’re seeking a Full-Stack Graphic Designer, a creative who can think strategically, design beautifully, and execute across modern digital platforms without needing to code.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both independent and collaborative, confident working in WordPress and drag-and-drop tools to create high-impact visuals and web experiences that align with brand strategy. You’ll have creative freedom to take risks and explore bold directions — while understanding when refinement and restraint make the best design statement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build visually engaging websites and landing pages in WordPress or no-code platforms (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Webflow, Squarespace, Canva, etc.).
Create branding materials, social media graphics, and marketing assets for digital and print.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure visual cohesion across campaigns.
Maintain and enhance existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Translate creative concepts into polished, functional digital experiences.
Take initiative by proposing innovative ideas that improve design quality, UX, and overall brand storytelling.
Who You Are
A self-starter with a strong visual sense and hands-on technical understanding of digital tools.
Comfortable working both solo and within a collaborative team environment.
Confident in exploring creative risks but grounded enough to recognize when simplicity wins.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple design projects.
Excited about user experience and how design drives emotional and behavioral engagement.
Requirements
2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
Proficiency with WordPress (no coding required) and drag-and-drop or visual-builder tools.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Understanding of responsive design, layout, typography, and basic UX principles.
A portfolio demonstrating creative range, design precision, and brand alignment.
(Bonus) Familiarity with light motion design, video editing, or web animations.
What We Offer
A creative, growth-focused environment that values autonomy, innovation, and initiative.
Freedom to experiment with design while contributing to meaningful brand experiences.
Collaboration with forward-thinking strategists, marketers, and creators.
Opportunities to shape design systems and leave a tangible impact on brand evolution.
