We are looking for bright SRE engineers. An ideal candidate should have:
Development Skills:
ReactJS, C#, .NET Framework: SREs with development experience can better understand and troubleshoot issues in the codebase.
ADO.NET, ASP, ASP.NET MVC: A strong understanding of these technologies will be beneficial for troubleshooting and optimization.
Analytical Skills: Crucial for problem-solving and root cause analysis, which are key aspects of SRE role.
New Relic: Monitoring and performance analysis tool, important for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
IIS: Knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS) is essential for hosting ASP.NET applications on Windows servers.
Database Skills:
SQL Replication, High Availability, and Scalability: These are critical for ensuring the reliability and performance of the database layer.
Work towards Stability and outage Prevention: SREs focus on maintaining system reliability and minimizing downtime, which involves proactive measures to prevent outages.
Data Visualization: Important for analyzing data trends and making informed decisions to improve system reliability.
Project Management and Collaboration Tools:
Jira, Confluence, Agile: project management, documentation, and adherence to Agile methodologies,.
Windows Server Knowledge, MS SQL Database: Understanding of Windows Server environments and Microsoft SQL databases is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting the underlying infrastructure.
Soft Skills:
Good Communication Skills, Cross-Team Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration are crucial for SREs, as we often work with various teams including development, operations, and management.
Azure DevOps:
Experience with Azure DevOps demonstrates proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code, which are essential for modern SRE practices.
AWS Cloud architecture and development experience preferred
