Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support digital transformation initiatives in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and a hands-on approach to managing technology operations and teams.

• Oversee daily IT operations, including systems administration, network management, and technical support.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity policies.
• Lead system upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Establish IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT management, including remote team leadership.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and network security.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, databases, and IT infrastructure management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CompTIA are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
