Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Polish Speaking Specialist to support accounts for Riot Games in Bulgaria. This role will focus solely on email correspondence, making it ideal for candidates who excel in written communication. You will assist users with their inquiries regarding Riot Games, helping them navigate issues related to their accounts and providing top-notch support through email.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests primarily through email in Polish
- Assist users with account management, game-related issues, and other inquiries related to Riot Games
- Provide clear and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently
- Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive support records
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Riot Games and related services to provide informed assistance
- Collaborate with the wider support team to share insights and improve service delivery
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer support via email or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to follow up on issues until resolution
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and customer support tools is a plus
