• Ideal candidates will have developer background (.Net/Java) in past and recently working as a Technical Lead/ Technical Architect/Solution Architect.

Job Description:

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical solutions for our projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure technical architectures for software systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance, functionality, and maintainability.
• Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions, including participating in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving the resolution of technical challenges.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize system performance bottlenecks, addressing scalability, availability, and response time concerns.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the software solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary measures.
• Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, and technical guidelines.
• Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior team members and provide technical training sessions to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on designing and implementing scalable systems.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural styles, and design patterns.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, .Net/C#, Python) and proficiency in various frameworks and technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud-based architectures.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing scalable, distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
