SaaS Support Engineer

Urgent contract position with an established US IT system integration and services organization

Looking for an experienced IT systems support engineer contractor to engage for 12 month on a CORP 2 CORP basis, 40 hours per week, 100% remote working.

You must have experience of:-

· Triage and resolve escalated tickets, identifying opportunities for long-term fixes or self-service solutions

· Build and maintain automations to support SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Airtable and other commonly used enterprise SaaS applications

· Develop and maintain scripts and workflows that reduce manual ticket work and repetitive tasks

· Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve how SaaS tools are configured and used across the company

· Contribute to documentation, source control practices, and team tooling in a shared engineering environment

· 3–5 years as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role supporting large-scale user environments

· 1–2 years of experience engineering and managing SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Airtable, etc.)

· Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and comfortable working with REST APIs

· Ability to think strategically about automation opportunities while balancing day-to-day operational needs
