We’re looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Contract) with deep C# expertise — ideally with strong knowledge of the ABP Framework — to join our engineering team on a mission to build scalable, secure, and intelligent financial systems.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop backend components using C#, .NET Core, and the ABP Framework.
• Build scalable APIs, microservices, and background processes that power a modern SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with our cross-functional team (Product, Front-End, DevOps, QA) to deliver new features and optimise performance.
• Uphold engineering excellence through clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and mentoring of other developers when needed.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in backend software development with C# / .NET Core.
• Proven experience with the ABP Framework (or strong familiarity with modular monolith architectures).
• Deep understanding of database design and optimisation (PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
• Experience building secure, high-performance, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Bonus points for

• Experience with Azure or other cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices.
• Background in FinTech or enterprise-grade SaaS systems.
