About the Role
Workerbee has customers seeking Senior Product Manager capabilities specializing in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. The consultant will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, working with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and release execution for enterprise cloud products.
What You Will Do
- Define SaaS product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and specifications
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive release planning and execution
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product differentiation and innovation
- Manage prioritization, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication
- Support data-driven decision making through KPIs and product analytics
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of eight years of product management experience, with at least four years focused on SaaS or enterprise cloud software
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean product methodologies
- Proven record of managing full product lifecycles from concept to release
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
