Our in-house Architecture & Design Studio is expanding, and we’re seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team of creatives and technical experts.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 2–3 years of experience in design development, 3D visualization, and shop drawing production. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with technical precision and the ability to coordinate effectively on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings and detailed shop drawings from concept to construction stages.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings for design presentations and client approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved on site.
- Assist in preparing material boards, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Support the design team in daily project workflows, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design firms.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with shop drawings, detailed sections, and site supervision.
- Eye for design composition, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Currently based in the UAE or available for immediate relocation.
