Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market to take charge of our online marketing efforts and lead generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns

• Manage content and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Implement SEO/SEM strategies and oversee website performance

• Design and run email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns

• Track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for ongoing improvement

• Work closely with the sales team to align digital strategy with business goals

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience within a Dubai-based real estate company

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and social media platforms

• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and digital lead generation

• Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset

• Must be currently based in Dubai
