Your Role

As our Vehicle Development Engineer, you’ll organize, execute, and analyze vehicle-level validation activities across multiple domains. You’ll ensure performance, reliability, and quality targets are achieved by planning and performing tests, analyzing results, and supporting troubleshooting and root-cause investigations throughout the development process.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and lead vehicle tests in line with internal and external test standards
• Prepare detailed test plans, perform validation activities, and deliver structured test reports
• Analyze vehicle data, verify results against performance and functional requirements, and confirm acceptance criteria
• Support cross-functional troubleshooting during validation, including hardware, software, and integration issues
• Develop and execute functional test plans, ensuring thorough documentation of results
• Contribute to root-cause analysis, tracking, and resolution of issues identified during testing
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to support validation and debugging
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to align data, findings, and corrective actions

What You Bring

• Strong technical writing and data-analysis skills
• Experience with vehicle-data analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, MATLAB, or similar)
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation (mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
