AI Engineer | London | £100,000 – £170,000 + Equity
You'll be joining a team that are making it easier for large industries to bring AI into production. The tech focuses on scaling, reliability, and making AI systems practical. The team is early but moving fast with strong backing and real commercial momentum.
The Role
You will build the foundation that keeps their AI systems running reliably and securely, designing backend services, APIs, and distributed infrastructure. You will have ownership across the stack, contributing to architecture, deployment, and delivery decisions as part of a small, senior team that values initiative over hierarchy.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
- Applied LLMs - Experience deploying multimodal foundation model-based products. Deep knowledge of LLM research, agents, tools, and function calling.
- Deploying LLMs - Experience with LangChain, indexing, RAG, semantic search, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) of LLMs/agents.
