Job Title: OutSystems Lead / Architect

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define best practices, reusable components, and architecture frameworks for OutSystems development.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and review deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Oversee application performance, security, and scalability.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation in OutSystems environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience, including 3-5+ years in OutSystems.
• Proven experience in OutSystems architecture, solution design, and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Reactive Web, Mobile, or Traditional Web applications.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and distributed team environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

OutSystems certifications (Professional Developer, Tech Lead, or Architecture Specialist) strongly preferred
